She\'s an I/O Psychologist and AI still was too much for her. But after the damage was done, she started asking questions I couldn\'t answer.Why does AI drift? Why doesn\'t it follow rules? Why does it turn so easily into a life coach and enabler instead of maintaining its function as a tool?Using AI safely today requires manual discipline that nobody maintains at scale. And drift cuts both ways. Models forget, people get inconsistent and AI slides into enabler territory.    Own the Salesforce platform and all enterprise integration architecture for Allvue.• Led migration from Boomi to Workato across 200+ integrations supporting 10+ departments—zero disruption. Built integrations connecting Salesforce to NetSuite, Jira, ADP, OpenAir, and Gong.• Developed API governance standards that reduced support tickets 28% and hold 99.99% uptime. Built the SLA/KPI dashboarding system that improved executive visibility and cut response time.• Exploring AI-assisted automation patterns to support future platform capabilities.
