Solving hard problems is just that — hard. But at Amazon, we believe in possibilities that arise when you shoot for the moon. Currently I\'m solving hard problems in AWS core netoworking, leading a team of talented & enthusiastic engineers. We create software to plan and manage the network between data centers! It\'s exciting to find ways to keep the Amazon network happy & healthy. My first and most important job is to ensure that my team is a happy, healthy, and fun place to work.* I protect developer time by avoiding unnecessary meetings * I believe in having fun - like a lot. I love “dad jokes”, memes, cute animal pictures, and puns.* I don’t tolerate sexism, racism, homophobia or bullying. I do believe in choosing kindness, direct communication, and authenticity. Emotions are a normal part of human life, and we get to have them at work!
