Tasks include plan development, coordination on communications protocols and architecture, and development of technical specifications and construction cost estimate. WAYNESBURG SIGNAL PROJECT PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, ENGINEERING DISTRICT 12-0 Task Leader responsible for the final design of modernized traffic signals at eight intersections along High Street and Greene Street. Tasks include coordination with the Department and the development of plans, electrical distribution calculations, technical specifications, and construction cost estimate. BEAVER VALLEY INTERCHANGE ITS DESIGN PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE COMMISSION Project Manager responsible for the development and submission of PS & E-level plans, technical specifications, and construction cost estimate for the design of ITS elements at the Beaver Valley Interchange of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Exit 13). ITS elements include a CCTV camera and three traffic flow detectors, along with the associated poles, lowering devices, and communications.
