ABOUT KEVIN COLEMAN

Mediation has been my exclusive practice since 2006. I\'ve settled large and small cases as a neutral since 1996. Attorneys and parties have been extremely satisfied with the resolutions I have helped craft. Comments include “the case would not have settled without your assistance,” “obviously understood the insurance policy issues as well as plaintiff’s emotional issues,” and “calm and confident.” Judges have also written commending my success in resolving cases as a Judge Pro Tem.My years of settling cases as both a party and a neutral has given me great insight into the myriad of issues involved in mediating cases. I understand the insurance issues, and adjusters’ and plaintiffs’ perspectives in personal injury cases, and the often overlooked importance of past personal relationships in business, real estate, construction and probate cases. The ability to relate to both the defendant’s and plaintiff’s concerns has helped me settle lemon law and consumer cases.
