I am a highly experienced IT Professional with experience in many positions including Application Engineer, Business Analyst, Windows Systems Administrator, Technical Sales Associate and Desktop Support Analyst. I have held technology positions of increasing responsibility in multiple industries including Telecommunications, Banking, Agriculture, Medical and now Energy. I am currently an Application Engineer for Chevron where I have worked since 2006 with an emphasis on Finance and Supplier Management Systems. My education includes a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay with options completed in Corporate Management and Information Systems Management. I completed a Masters in Business Administration, also at CSU East Bay, with a focus on Global Innovation in December 2013. I am currently Certified in Microsoft Azure and as a ServiceNow Systems Administrator. My interests and my strengths are centered around communication, strategy, planning and process improvement. Specifically, I have an interest in designing and implementing processes that will drive continuous efficiency with completing critical business tasks. To that end I spend much time investigating and experimenting with new technologies and consider myself to be a lifelong learner.
