About Michael Sellenheim

I am an Ordained Christian Minister serving in Pastoral Care, including Life Coaching, Health / Wellness, and Community Connection. My background includes operational leadership within Non-Profit and For-Profit Organizations. As a leader, I am committed to helping people renew, restore and achieve their God given potential, utilizing the gifts of teaching, encouragement, and helps-employing the abilities to-Build positive relationships with others-Lead and organize groups-and Execute and establish plans. Leadership experience includes set-up, coordination, and implementation of Community Outreach Events; Church Plant Start-ups; Ministry Training; Group Facilitation; Strategic / Operational Planning; and Organizational Development / Training for private and public companies. I learned early in life the key to successful living is how well our relationships are with people. In the work I do, I strive to help people be their best-growing into their understanding of God\'s good purpose and plan for their life. For me, there is an inner joy seeing others accomplish their goals and achieve their dreams in life\'s journey. Today I serve in the health industry, most recently working as a Chaplain / Spiritual Care Coordinator, for Brighton Hospice; and as a Member Experience Specialist helping the start-up of VASA Fitness, in their first facility launch in SE Wisconsin. Finally, my life partner Kathy and I are Co-Hosts Leaders for \"Church at Home\", on-line group gatherings in the Midwest. We are also trained Prepare and Enrich Facilitators, and work with couples, cultivating healthy, enduring relationships with one another.
