   Maine Conservation Voters (MCV) and Maine Conservation Alliance (MCA) advocate for our shared environmental resources and responsibilities through influencing policy regarding the climate crisis, the protection of land, water, and wildlife, and the support of healthy communities, all within a context of furthering environmental justice and safeguarding democratic processes. MCV works to hold public officials accountable and guide policy; and MCA - through the Environmental Priorities Coalition (EPC)- facilitates a statewide alliance of 39 conservation, climate action, and public health organizations to identify and advance policy priorities and affect collaborative action. My role provides broad administrative support to a team of amazingly engaged, enthusiastic, whipsmart, and dedicated professionals. Watching them work is like trying to understand how starlings form their murmurations - it is awe inspiring, and a little dizzying.
