About Karen Cigala Morad

I am a speaker, storyteller, coach and change maker. My joy is helping corporate women find their truth. And once they find it, I help them embody and integrate that truth so they can live it. I do this on an individual, group and corporate level. I am especially joyful when it comes to shifting corporate systems to allow for and sustain this way of being. I guess if you need a label, I am a success coach and a ritual artist. And I offer individuals, corporate teams, and organizations the opportunity to move from a life of feeling trapped and stuck to a life of consciously and intentionally achieving success. WHAT I DO: I help individuals and organizations integrate sustainable change through my circle experiences, speaking engagements, consulting and coaching. Ask me to speak at your next event.WHY I DO IT: Because the corporate world is not in need of another culture reorg, organizational makeover, new performance metrics or additional mental health menu options. It’s in need of individual-level recalibration that leads to realistic, productive, effective and profitable environments for every individual. And because I want to know what it feels like to walk through this world knowing I belong simply for being me. Because I believe everything will be better when we choose to remember who we are and live a life reflective of our innate power.
