This role manages a staff of 8 across 3 departments: Finance, IT, CRM (Salesforce).In addition to handling day-to-day accounting and reporting, I am tasked with improving processes and practices that can scale with the organization. OTP went through a period of explosive growth, but lacked scalable processes which created a ceiling for the organization.
