She has a wealth of digital strategy experience with a wide variety of skills, honed through management consulting at Deloitte, and having led product teams and commercialization strategy at TikTok. After managing product sales growth initiatives and brand positioning as a customer and marketing strategist at Deloitte, where she managed a workstream to help a $45B company optimize 10% strategic product sales growth, she transitioned to Global Product Marketing at TikTok. There, Chloe again developed and launched global commercialization plans, leveraging strategic product insights, competitive landscape research, and data analytics to drive key decisions for products end to end. From early inbounds and product development all the way through activation, Chloe partners with global cross-functional partners, driving adoption with thought leadership and high operational rigor. Chloe led the development and testing of a full-funnel product for a major travel advertiser, landing +370% revenue for the vertical. More recently, she spearheaded a cross-vertical Branding Ads GTM, driving incremental revenue.
