   The Food and Beverage Manager will have the ability to be involved in all facets of Food and Beverage operation and will perform a variety of duties for the club’s operations. • Managing Staff (Hiring, Training, and Performance Review) including providing bi-weekly or monthly staff schedules with event details present• Develop Policies and Procedures for department staff (Opening/Closing Checklists, List of Items to be completed throughout the day)• Distribute BEO’s (Banquet Event Orders) to staff in preparation for the execution of events • Inventory Management• Work with Golf Professionals on curating outing experiences for customers and executing those outings at a superior level• Assure that all kitchen appliances are operational, at all times• Ordering of all products and services for F&B dept.• Must be personable and visible to Membership at all times• Maintain a high level of integrity and character• Be a great example for all staff, and provide constructive feedback• Be informed on everything that is happening at the Club• Opening and Closing Procedures of Snack Bar, Pavilion/Beer Garden• Point of Sale Transactions• Tireless Ambassador & Promotor of Wood Wind Golf Club• Clean and maintain Snack Bar, Clubhouse Dining Area, Outdoor Clubhouse Patio, Pavilion, and Restrooms throughout the day• Answering Phones and Voicemails in a timely manner• Provide exceptional customer service at all times• Ability and willingness to present professionalism• Take accurate daily records• Strong communication with all departments• Maintaining a liquor license is required. Employee is financially • Responsible for the liquor license renewal• Maintaining a ServSafe certification.
