I took on an internal opportunity with a different IT team at PSE and was promoted in the process. My responsibilities include: → Managing IT demand intake in ServiceNow feeding into PSE\'s 5 year capital portfolio → Supporting business and IT managers with capital spending authorization (business case) drafting → Engaging with business and IT leaders to build cost estimates for multi-million dollar IT demands → Improving the demand management process in IT, specifically standardizing estimation best practices, building visual task (Kanban) boards to track demand items, and creating and updating ServiceNow guides In addition, my additional responsibilities include supporting the Future Workplace and IT Workforce Strategy efforts, as well as leading a team of lodging coordinators for the ECC (Emergency Coordination Center) during power outage events.
