I possess a wealth of experience and a skill set that encompasses the technical fields of accounting principles and auditing standards, SEC reporting, income tax planning, and compliance, human resources and, business management. Additionally, my experience includes business operations and accounting, business processes, systems and controls, and financial reporting requirements. I am a certified public accountant holding certificates in Missouri and Iowa, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, Iowa. I have been with UHY and its predecessors since 1990.
