About Kristen Celia Kc Concepcion
Born and raised on Guam, I grew up with limited opportunities but limitless ambition. As a natural leader, I craved making an impact and representing my island on a larger stage. I took a leap of faith and moved to Los Angeles, where I earned a degree in Business Administration and Communication Design from USC (Class of 2025).From navigating life in “the States” to building meaningful professional and creative communities, my journey has been defined by growth, opportunity, and gratitude. Stepping beyond my island reshaped how I see the world and how I show up in it.Since graduating in May 2025, I’ve been working across two agencies and a startup, learning how to operate under pressure while delivering thoughtful, high-quality work quickly and efficiently. These environments have taught me how to prioritize, adapt, and execute, without sacrificing strategy or craft.I’m a hands-on, experiential learner. I learn best by doing: testing ideas, building systems, and iterating in real time. Exposure to different industries, teams, and challenges has accelerated my growth and sharpened how I think, create, and contribute.With a foundation in business strategy, design, and storytelling, I’m driven to make an impact in marketing. My career is just beginning, but I’m building range, resilience, and a real-world perspective early with purpose at the center of everything I do.
