ABOUT CHRISTIAN PASCHALL BARNES

A dedicated REALTOR, Christian has been licensed in both Kansas and Missouri since 2007. In just a few short years, she blazed quite a path in the real estate industry:Early on in her real estate career, Christian saw a void in the industry: the young, bright minds were not represented at the tables where critical and important decisions that shape the industry were being made. After much collaboration and hard work, in 2011 she founded the Young Professionals Network in Kansas City. The impotence of this group was to create a space for like minded REALTORS® to connect, engage, and serve. In 2016, Christian broke the age barrier again taking the helm as the President of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS®. With over members, KCRAR is one of the largest trade organizations in Kansas City. She led to association with grace and was able to implement some impressive programs to serve both the KCRAR members and the communities it serves. Those programs include a deep partnership with Habitat for Humanity and a one-of-a-kind Leadership Academy in concert with a local university, University of Missouri Kansas City. In September of 2020, Christian was honored as the REALTOR® of the Year for the Kansas Association of REALTORS®. A prestigious recognition from her peers that exemplifies her dedication and passion for the industry.Christian is wired in to the Real Estate industry and her local community. Christian\'s network of local, state and national brokers, agents, and industry influencers is far reaching. This allows her to bring an unprecedented level of value and cutting edge knowledge to her work at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kansas City Homes and the entire Kansas City community.
