As a person who is passionate about driving positive organizational change, I\'ve dedicated my career to enhancing both employee well-being and organizational success. With a background in operations, my transition into leadership roles ignited a passion for the human aspects of organizations, leading me to pursue a Bachelor\'s in Psychology followed by a Master\'s in Organizational Leadership. This dynamic blend of educational background and hands-on operational experience has equipped me with solid business acumen and cultivated a diverse skill set essential for strategic HR partnerships.Over the span of 10+ years, I have gained diverse experience across various domains of HR, including talent management, leadership, HRIS, compensation, total rewards, organizational development, and learning. Each role has contributed to my professional growth and provided invaluable insights into the intricate workings of HR functions.In my current role as a compensation and HR projects manager I leverage my expertise in people analytics and HR experience to optimize HR processes, partner on strategic initiatives, and drive data-driven decision-making. Additionally, my passion for total rewards has led me to collaborate closely with senior leaders to implement fair and equitable compensation programs and enhance performance management processes, ultimately leading to increased employee retention and satisfaction.I genuinely enjoy opportunities to leverage my skills, knowledge, and passion to drive positive change and contribute to organizations\' ongoing success and growth.Outside of my professional endeavors, I love animals, and I am an avid reader, a passionate traveler, an amateur baker, and an enthusiast of all things true crime.
