Created program scope objectives, budgets, and schedules to ensure the project adheres to the timeline and deliverables- Engaged in community outreach, spreading awareness of programs provided by LetsStopAIDS and building connections with other organizations across Canada- Facilitated 52 interactive workshops focused on educating youth about stigma, harm reduction, and general information of HIV and AIDS, including travelling to Saskatchewan to present these workshops- Supported in the collection of hand-signed petitions, resulting in over 1,630 signatures for Comprehensive Sexual Education Reform in Ontario in 2024, and over signatures for Zero Cuts, Zero Cases, a petition on the importance of HIV funding in reducing HIV transmissions in 2025- Developed and maintained database and up-to-date project reports, logistics, and more- Hired, managed and trained a team of 40 volunteers in public speaking, research and development, and community outreach- Coordinated and scheduled team meetings, individual check-ins with team and volunteers, workshop trainings, and finalized workshop dates- Planned LetsStopAIDS participation in 3 Pride events, Pride Toronto, Capital Pride, and Saskatoon Pride. Facilitated the creation of items to sell, managed the team and schedules, and finalized a thorough report with everyone’s input- Maintained stakeholder relationships with community organizations, and Toronto District School Board- Travelled to Ottawa and Saskatchewan to represent the organization at different capacities such as facilitating workshops, attending conferences, and participating in Pride events- Planned and led advocacy and awareness initiatives from conception to evaluation- Supported in the coordination of events for fundraising- Directed the restructuring of educational workshops to keep engagement and follow up with up-to-date information
