I help organisations tackling complex challenges to investigate what people want, understand what they need and experiment with solutions that can deliver them. I\'m currently working at Genomics England. At NHS England, and formerly NHS Digital, I worked with the Data Services Directorate to deliver world-class data, insights and statistics services that improve the health and lives of people in England in innovative ways, starting with our users. At Public Health England, my team were on a mission to improve wellbeing and reduce health inequalities across the UK by building the organisation’s capabilities in human centred design and digital service delivery. At IDEO, I built inspiring design research programmes, blending methods to inspire project teams and clients across a range of industries, and led strategic design projects which helped organisations develop better ideas by applying insight about people to their product and service development. I specialised in telling compelling stories about what makes people tick, spotting patterns and leading teams beyond synthesis through well-crafted insights.At Participle I designed, developed and prototyped a suite of innovative services that aimed to change people\'s lives and influence public policy in the UK by addressing ageing + loneliness, health + wellness, and employability.
