While a product or service does need to get to market, I believe it shouldn\'t come at the expense of quality or customer experience. When you show people that you\'re interested in them and deliver at or above expectation, you earn their trust and loyalty and grow your reputation as someone to do business with.People are individuals, not cookie-cutter machines, and I believe they perform to their potential when given positive motivation, thorough training, and trust. I prefer to remove obstacles in the way of a team\'s success instead of using fear to motivate. Some of the best work is accomplished when all involved are able to get into a state of flow, break through walls, and achieve benchmarks.
