   Dual-hatted as both the Assistant Operations Officer (AS3) and FA50 Modeling & Simulation Officer for a Field Artillery Brigade Headquarters, I played a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale joint and combined arms operations while integrating simulation platforms to enhance training readiness and operational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities & Contributions:Supported senior leaders in the planning and execution of complex field artillery operations, including multi-echelon joint exercises and fire support coordination across Army, Air Force, and multinational partners.Led operational planning teams through the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), contributing directly to the development of brigade-level OPORDs and training guidance.Served as a key coordinator for joint and interagency training events, including warfighter exercises (WFX), field training exercises (FTX), and combat readiness evaluations.Integrated modeling and simulation systems (e.g, JCATS, JSAF, or similar) to develop realistic training environments, improve operational planning, and assess mission outcomes.Provided operational oversight for the synchronization of fires, logistics, and maneuver plans, enhancing brigade readiness and mission alignment with higher command objectives.Coordinated with Division and Joint Task Force-level staffs to ensure interoperability and mission support during major exercises and deployment planning.Demonstrated leadership in joint operational environments, with a focus on innovation through simulation and realistic training to prepare warfighters for today’s complex battlefield.
