Planning and organizing took root in my life at a young age. Surrounded by event specialists, I couldn’t wait to begin! At the age of eight, the first event I threw was my brother’s birthday party. Coming from a large, local family, having a house full of people celebrating something was normal for me. I continued to be involved with school and leadership group events, and my love for planning flourished. After graduating from Westmont College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies, I connected myself with local Santa Barbara event professionals and quickly realized there was no better place to advance my skills than the Four Seasons Biltmore Catering Department. For seven years, participating in nearly 100 weddings per year, I refined my skills in business management, hospitality operations, and stellar customer service. In 2015, my joy for the industry fully blossomed and KB Events was born. I am blessed to help so many families continue their transformative story.
