At Daedalus Industrial, I was the founding HR Manager and have since grown the department into a multi-specialty team supporting a workforce that’s nearly tripled in size — from 47 employees to 129 across 12 states.My focus is on scalable HR strategy: implementing modern HR systems, improving compliance, designing pay and career structures, and supporting rapid growth with a 3.14% turnover rate over the past two years.I’m passionate about creating people-first processes that make compliance, engagement, and performance all work together — helping both the business and employees thrive.

Strategic Management: Partner with top executives to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company\'s business goals and objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to support business growth. Lead HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, culture development, and change management.HR Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
