As the Director of Total Rewards at Therapy Brands, I oversee the design, implementation, and management of all employee benefit, payroll, HRIS and compensation programs for over 500 employees across the US. I have over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits field, with a proven track record of delivering innovative, cost-effective, and compliant solutions that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. I hold the 2-15 credential from the Florida Department of Financial Services, which enables me to provide expert advice and consultation on life, health, and variable annuity products. I also have extensive knowledge and skills in HRIS, leave management, pharmacy carve-outs, wellness initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, vendor relations, and project management, implementations, compensation review process, equity, and developing total rewards packages.
