As the Operations Manager at Leaders Igniting Transformation, I manage the financial and logistical aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accountability. I am also a passionate Economic Empowerment Educator, teaching and coaching aspiring entrepreneurs on the foundations of entrepreneurship, leadership, and financial wellness. I have helped multiple clients achieve their personal and professional goals, and create positive impact in their communities. I hold an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, where I focused on general management and learned valuable skills in operations, process improvement, and financial management. My mission is to inspire people to be the change they wish to see, and to empower marginalized groups to thrive and resist oppression. I am a proud queer person in business, and a former chair of the LGBTQ+ Professional Support & Development Committee at UW Credit Union, where I promoted visibility, pride, and mentorship for LGBTQ+ employees. I also serve on two LGBTQ+ nonprofit boards.
