Perform end to end Planning & Design for 3G/LTE/5G network including Macro and Small Cells. Perform Strategy Planning & Designing for 3G/LTE/5G network. Responsible for reviewing and approving all the designs to meet RF criteria and SC6 compliance. Perform time to time audits for security database, E911 system, vMLC/GMLC database. Provide datafill for E911 system definition for any new site as well as for new bands. Provide scripting files for small cell commissioning. Perform trials for different RF equipment (narrow beam antenna, wide beam antenna, multi-beam antenna, massive MIMO antenna) as new technologies. Involved with Vendor to deploy the long-term Spectrum Strategy for Fixed and Wireless Network. Prepare deep dive presentations for management in a clear & concise manner and provided professional power point presentations for network decision Prepare deep dive analysis and recommend actions for further improvement of the network. Planned and completed the project “New License Market” to launce freedom network in new markets in eastern Ontario.
