Radio Access Network Design and Optimization Engineer:• Plan and design of wireless system radio coverage using RF engineering softwares and accepted engineering principles with a dedicated focus on indoor coverage and capacity to determine equipment type, configuration, antenna placement, ERP, and to ensure compliance with Safety Code 6. • Pre-qualification of candidates from RF point of view using Mentum Planet 5.2, EMF visual 3.0 to meet the coverage, capacity and safety code 6 requirements and other graphical tools, ArcGIS. • Design of Radio Qualification (RAQ) data; generate EMGs for new sites. • Final cellular design of a site using different tools for different RBS model (Ericsson 6101 and 6601) such as MS Visio, Citrix OSS, Business Object, BMC remedy( use of MIMO, AISG, RET, RIU). • Optimization of wireless network as part of integrating new systems into the wireless network. • Prepare and keep all the technical documents.
