As an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) expert with over three decades of experience, I\'ve had the privilege of working in more than 30 countries across the globe. My journey has been marked by a commitment to fostering sustainable practices and promoting responsible corporate behavior. Through comprehensive assessments, strategic guidance, and collaborative initiatives, I\'ve endeavored to drive positive change within diverse cultural, economic, and regulatory landscapes. From advising multinational corporations to engaging with local communities, my work underscores the importance of integrating environmental stewardship, social equity, and ethical governance into business strategies for a more resilient and equitable future. I was the head of the department of the Department of Environmental Science at the State University of Bangladesh, concurrently holding an adjunct faculty position in the Department of Geography and Environment at the University of Dhaka. With a prolific academic career, I boasts 32 peer-reviewed articles in esteemed national and international journals, alongside 6 abstracts presented in various seminars. My expertise extends beyond academia, as evidenced by his involvement in rigorous research endeavors with prominent national and international institutions such as the World Bank, IFC, ADB, KFW, DEG, AFD, Properco, UN, DFID, and other international lenders. Notably, I have been recognized twice for his contributions with a research grant in the young researcher group category from the Ministry of Information, Science, and Communication Technology, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
