As an Enterprise Product Specialist, I am responsible for providing Pre-Sales technical solutions, advice and support for a defined team (currently Global Compute and Networking for Alliances and Telco) of Inside Sales Representatives. I engage in specific opportunities where solution and product expertise are required, to close business for Dell EMC. Duties Include• Promote and position key strategic product and service offerings - providing product specific expertise.• Technical presales at enterprise/large global corporate customer level.• Called into accounts as opportunities are identified.• Act as a technical resource and organize senior internal/external resources to support the sales organization to meet objectives.• Reviewing and providing support for RFP responses • Utilize strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions.• Provide direction and guidance to team members and coach others in closing the most complex deals.
