Kay has over 25 years of technical experience in the aviation and aerospace industries, to include experience in Flight Operations, Aerospace Engineering and Program Management. Kay received her pilot\'s certificate over 30 years ago, and she is a current FAA Commercial Pilot, FAA Multi-Engine Instrument Flight Instructor, and FAA Safety Team (FAAST) Representative. In addition, Kay possesses strong quantitative skills and has provided leadership direction for over $30M in Systems Engineering business activities.
