As one of NPC\'s five-person management team, I help implement strategic plans, optimize processes, develop and supervise talent for functions like ticketing, projectionist and volunteer ushers, and ensure best practices. I also recruit for contract positions such as website and grants administrators, and coordinate facilities use with our theater host, Macaulay Honors College.
