I\'m Kay-Lynne Fehr (she/they), a passionate community leader with a deep love for player experience, inclusive spaces, and storytelling. I currently work at Noodlecake Studios, where I lead community efforts and support publishing efforts. With over 5 years of experience in community management, player support, social media strategy, and live-ops, I thrive at the intersection of empathy, communication, and creative problem-solving. I’ve grown and led vibrant online communities, launched social campaigns across multiple platforms, mentored emerging developers, and championed inclusive practices both internally and externally. I’m also an Indigenous non-binary femme game dev and advocate, with a background in grassroots organizing around food sovereignty, harm reduction, and education.
