ABOUT KAYLYN SMITH

I still remember everything about my first new home sale. The buyers, the color of the home, the location, and the thrill of closing my first real estate deal. I felt accomplished, overjoyed for my new buyers, and wanting to replicate that feeling over and over. From my early days at Lennar Homes, starting as an Office Assistant, learning all the behind-the-scenes aspects of homebuilding - working my way up to New Home Counselor; to my current position at the amazing Top 5 builder, Meritage Homes, as a Sales Consultant, I’ve learned a thing or two about the home building industry. These experiences have allowed me to create an easy, stress free, and fun home buying experience for my customers and leave my prospects with knowledge needed to help them make the best decision for themselves and their families. I’m always trying to learn, always trying to grow, always remaining teachable… taking in information from others inside and outside the home building industry to provide my customers the highest levels of knowledge and care. In my downtime, I love to spend time with my family, garden, and watch movies. It’s a satisfying change of pace to the crazy life of sales.
