   As a Manufacturing Process Engineer with Danfoss, I face new challenges and opportunities every day to improve safety, quality, and efficiency of the production lines I support. Through thorough data collection and analysis, I make data driven decisions for improvements to the line. While I appreciate the knowledge and first-hand experience of the operators, I realize that a change made with no reasoning or previously computed metrics is useless in terms of being able to quantitatively verify and justify improvements. I enjoy working in a team and I\'ve always believed two heads are better than one. My goal every day is to do what I can to make the lives of the operators easier in turn improving efficiency and ultimately saving the company money.
