ABOUT KAY KERINA
Working in youth advocacy and community outreach is a passion that drives me to help build and enrich my community with a hands-on approach. In youth workforce development I aim to support youth to find meaningful and fulfilling work opportunities to set themselves up for success in life. As a social working person, I bring a whole-person approach to all of my work and help people to see the whole picture to hold space for community and support each other. As a social justice and JDEIA practitioner, I aim to be a lifelong learner that implements systemic change for the many communities that I support. Diving deeper into learning how every community wants to be supported is a journey I like to \"move at the speed of trust\" with and I am incredibly grateful for the communities that let me advocate for and with them. Helping to build my home Maine community is an absolute pleasure and am always open to networking opportunities.
