ABOUT KAYLIN YSANNE TAN
I’m on a journey across the corporare world to deliver impactful change with fellow dreamers, builders and leaders. I started my career at NatWest Group, one of the largest retail banks in the UK, on their Technology Graduate Scheme. Towards the end of the scheme, I secured a promotion and became a Business Analyst within the change/transformation area of the bank. I was promoted again to Investment PMO Lead less than 2 years later. As a global citizen, I’ve lived and worked in Singapore, Japan and the UK where strong relationships were forged and my adaptability and resilience, honed. Passionate, driven and armed with loads of enthusiasm, I actively seek out opportunities to grow as a person and enhance my skillset with the goal of carving out success in the early stages of my career - seen below!
