I develop and deliver a comprehensive blend of online eLearning and in-person training programs for FOH, BOH, management, and operations teams. As the first point of contact for all hiring needs, I oversee and streamline the onboarding process to ensure consistency and clarity across uniquely branded restaurant environments. Collaborating closely with the Operations Manager and Coordinator, I’m building a structured and scalable training system that supports team success at every level. As part of my role, I am leading HR initiatives alongside the Vice President, building a positive workplace culture, designing recognition programs from scratch, and putting in place employee retention strategies.
