As Founder & President of Day By Day Project, I lead a nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to delivering “memory disco” experiences — immersive, nostalgia-based packages that blend music, engagement strategies, and multi-sensory elements to spark joy and connection. My role spans product development, branding, strategic partnerships, and community outreach. I work closely with community partners and memory care professionals to ensure our experiences are inclusive and meaningful, especially for individuals with dementia or cognitive challenges. With a team of research professionals at Ohio State, I oversee the development of actionable data to develop a best practice within senior living. I also lead fundraising efforts through grants, donor engagement, and impact-driven initiatives that support memory care, older adults, and care partners-day by day.
