About Kayley Bell
With over 25 years of experience in the software and services industry, I am the Chief Executive Officer at DSD Business Systems, a leading provider of cloud accounting, ERP, and HCM solutions, consulting services and software development. I oversee the strategic direction, operations, and financial performance of the company, as well as the sales and service divisions. I have a strong background in accounting, finance, and operations, having served as the CFO and COO of DSD Business Systems for over nine years. I have also been involved in multiple process improvement initiatives, leveraging my analytical skills and industry knowledge to optimize the efficiency and profitability of the company. In addition to my professional role, I am passionate about mountain rescue and wilderness safety. I have been a rescue member of the San Diego Mountain Rescue Team since 1996, and the Executive Secretary of the Mountain Rescue Association since I have participated in hundreds of missions, ranging from technical rock rescues to search and recovery operations. I have also trained and mentored numerous volunteers and professionals in the field of mountain rescue. I am driven by the mission of saving lives and serving the community, as well as the challenge and adventure of working in extreme environments. I bring a diverse and valuable perspective to the DSD Business Systems team, as well as a commitment to excellence, innovation, collaboration and growth.
