I have over ten years of experience leading diverse teams that provide airfield operations services for military flying missions, including ATC, airfield management, and equipment maintenance at US, international, and contingency locations. But my passion is people. I work best when I have a clear, higher purpose. And I love creating connected, purpose-driven teams. I strive to build intent-based workspaces where people feel valued, safe, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work. I have a Bachelor of Arts from NYU in psychology and linguistics, and a Master of Science from Embry-Riddle in Aeronautics with a concentration in human factors. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the world through travels and books, and spending time with my family. I’m an INFJ; I’m an advocate at heart and believe deeply in human potential.
