An enthusiastic and experienced Talent Development leader and trainer, I love to see people achieve their best through investment in learning and self development. My passion for developing others stems from my years working as a youth worker in East London, and in previous training roles. This led to me achieving a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training and transitioning to a Learning & Development role in 2020. I continue to invest in my own learning, as I work towards a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning & Development.
