We excel in building high-performing teams for engineering, capital projects, and digital transformation.Circle was born out of contracting, which means we’ve always been close to the ground - working directly with talent, understanding delivery challenges, and building solutions that actually work in practice, not just on paper. Over the past 6 years, I’ve personally recruited across every discipline we work in, before moving into a strategic, client-facing role to help our partners solve more complex challenges across their global operations.We also partner with businesses long term to design and deliver smarter talent solutions - supporting cost-saving goals and improving how they attract and retain talent. Whether it’s finding a better way to procure talent or stepping in as an outsourced talent team, we help our partners build scalable, flexible hiring strategies that align with their wider transformation and growth plans.What sets us apart is our model.
