ABOUT KAYLEIGH OLD

As a Cleaning Supervisor at Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services, I leverage my problem solving and communication skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality cleaning services to a range of clients. With over 4.5 of experience in this role, I have developed strong teamworking and product development skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and efficiency. I am always eager to learn new techniques and best practices to enhance my performance and customer satisfaction. In addition to my cleaning role, I am passionate about creating positive social impact and fostering a healthier lifestyle. As a Restorative Justice Volunteer with Doncaster Children\'s Services Trust, I collaborate with a diverse team to facilitate restorative justice processes for young offenders, applying my legal knowledge and conflict resolution skills. This hands-on experience has enriched my communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills, as well as my academic and practical understanding of the field. Furthermore, as the founder of Eat Good Feel Good Kayleigh’s Way, I led a successful venture that embodied a philosophy of wholesome eating and well-being, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and strategic leadership.
