Rubrik is a Zero Trust Data Security Company which delivers data security and operational resilience for enterprises. Rubrik’s big idea is to provide data security and data protection on a single platform, including Zero Trust Data Protection, Ransomware Investigation, Incident Containment, Sensitive Data Discovery, and Orchestrated Application Recovery. I provide a strategic and consultative approach while working with Executives, hiring leaders and VP\'s to build hiring strategies and guide leaders to leverage best practices in hiring. I partner cross functionally with Human Resource Business Partners, Finance and People Operations to provide a holistic approach to acquiring and retaining top talent. • Act as the frontline consultant to people managers and individual contributors to support talent management practices within the team (onboarding, performance management, development, team health, company culture) •Increase manager capability, enabling them to be more self-sufficient, driving manager education on important people programs, tools, processes and market data • Dedicated to a stellar candidate experience, while utilizing ATS systems (Greenhouse, Teamable, Linkedin Recruiter) • Work closely to drive operational improvement across the talent landscape as we continue to scale • Handle all aspects of full life cycle recruiting from sourcing, screening, facilitating offers, negotiation and assist with onboarding • Continue to drive programs that promote diversity equity and inclusion in the hiring process • Create hiring timeline for each requisition to ensure all recruiting process runs efficiently and smoothly at all times • Assist in Ad hoc project eg- foster engagement for Rubrik\'s Springboard program-focusing on Underrepresented communities • Oversee all recruiting engagement for IT, People/HR, Operations, Legal, marketing, GTM, accounting and finance with exposure to Product and Engineering functions
