About Kaylee Hartman

As a Business Administration major with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Communications, I will be graduating in the Spring of 2026 from the University at Buffalo School of Management. My academic journey has built a strong foundation in marketing strategy, brand development, and consumer behavior—paired with communication skills that bring ideas to life across digital platforms.As a Resident Advisor, I strengthened my leadership and event marketing skills by planning engaging programs and managing crisis situations with professionalism. My internship experience with Buffalo Plastic Surgery gave me hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and trend analysis, helping grow engagement across social platforms.I’ve also worked with local businesses to design promotional flyers, create customer loyalty programs, and set up their Google Business Profiles, further deepening my knowledge of small business marketing. In addition, my roles in retail and food service, including TJ Maxx, sharpened my adaptability, time management, and customer service in fast-paced environments.I’m now seeking a full-time opportunity for post-graduation that will allow me to continue growing in digital and social media marketing.
