My career has lived at the overlap of product, program management, and data. I\'ve owned end-to-end delivery for a marketing automation platform supporting 100+ credit unions, built execution frameworks across eight cross-functional teams, and partnered closely with engineering, data, architecture, QA, and compliance to make complex things ship reliably.I get genuinely nerdy about data flows, integration points, and system constraints. But what I love just as much is translating all of that into a story that leaders and partners can actually use - why sequencing matters, why a shortcut will cost us later, why one small technical decision has a much bigger downstream impact than it looks.Good execution, to me, is as much about shared understanding as it is about timelines.
