Currently, I am leading the design of Serve, a 0→1 constituent polling platform for independent elected officials.• Onboarded 500+ officials within 45 days in a category with no prior tooling; 47% expanded beyond free tier validating willingness to pay; 100% activation via free starter poll; median time to first poll under 6 minutes• Redirected the product from inbound to outbound polling after research revealed officials were describing symptoms, not root needs. Tested the new direction manually before a single line of infrastructure was written• Built a continuous research program. Ran 70+ research sessions, 12 rounds of usability testing, 6 in-product surveys, and monthly session audits. Maintained the recruiting pipeline with HubSpot automation and Calendly to keep a steady flow of interviews• Use Claude Code, Figma MCP, and Lovable to push component changes directly to Storybook, ship fully built features, and manage handoff through GitHub• Defined AI clustering requirements with engineers until outputs were clear and actionable, shaping how AI-generated insight gets presented, trusted, and acted on by officials
