At Grasshopper Bank, I help take a data-driven approach to fraud strategy—reducing losses while keeping the customer experience smooth and with minimal friction. In my role, I partner closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to build scalable, risk-informed solutions that support the bank as it grows. My work spans everything from optimizing fraud detection models across multiple payment rails, leading a team of high performing fraud analysts, and supporting fraud initiatives across business lines such as Deposits, BaaS, and Lending. I bring a strong foundation from my Criminology degree at the University of Utah and years of hands-on fraud operations and strategy experience. Before joining Grasshopper, I spent several years at Varo and Goldman Sachs, where I developed expertise in team leadership, integrating fraud protocols, and designing workflows that balance risk mitigation with a great customer experience. In my free time- I love traveling, cooking, and anything health and fitness.
