Whether I’m meeting people at markets, reaching out on social media, or building relationships through word of mouth, I take pride in finding individuals who are as passionate about this industry as I am.I love the energy of being at markets—interacting with customers, vendors, and seeing firsthand how our designs resonate with people. It’s not just about selling products; it’s about building lasting relationships and representing the AFA brand with authenticity.On a daily basis, I’m balancing recruitment efforts with ensuring our vendors feel supported and valued. I also work closely with new recruits to onboard them and make sure they feel welcomed and confident in their roles.
