In my first year, I co-created the strategy and roadmap for Training & Development, led the execution of peak season pre- and post-trainings, launched and delivered two new programs for frontline leaders and high-potential employees, and drove compliance training cycles. In January, my role expanded to include broader Talent Management responsibilities—overseeing performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and enhancing the onboarding experience. I\'ve been able to lead a performance management cycle, co-create a company-wide competency framework, and dramatically increase seasonal new hire onboarding completion. My next priorities are tackling post-season training for our retail stores and launching a new bundled approach for compliance trainings all to increase the capability of our people and drive retention.
