My Key Responsibilities Include: •Managing team recruiting activities to successful hiring outcomes with a focus on sourcing effectiveness, recruiter capability, team work bench / capacity management, diversity, and stakeholder satisfaction •Collaborating with Hiring Managers and HR to identify opportunities to upskill and educate on recruiting strategies •Accountable for development and utilization of recruitment marketing and branding materials aligned to business priorities and talent challenges •Driving team to present meaningful, market insights and external talent acquisition trends to Hiring Managers to influence the right sourcing strategies, including diversity strategies •Analyzing Talent Acquisition data to identify trends / opportunities for improvement and strategy realignment •Ensuring compliant, accurate and timely data management by my team in recruiting systems and adherence with HR processes •Preparing and presenting team recruitment activity and performance data to educate and facilitate meaningful conversation around volumes, forecasting and sourcing effectiveness •Fostering, driving and advocating continuous improvement and strategic project delivery I’m proud to work at Baxter, where we celebrate collaboration, innovation and diversity.
